Let us come together as we practice the art of self-acceptance to expand the act of self-love!!
In this 2-hour yoga practice, we will direct our attention with compassion, into the realm of the heart. We will weave in breath work (pranayama) to help assist the 3 lobes of the lungs. Yin poses (asana) and therapeutic movements will be introduced to the body as we support the neck, shoulder, and chest space, allowing the throat to soften, the lungs to open, and the heart to heal. We will close with a guided meditation that will take us deeper into the cave of our hearts, closer to our internal light and inner guiding force, to bask in the abundance of self-love!
