We will practice patience as we explore the anatomy of our physical body, and all of its wondrous layers! The practice will begin gently by tuning into the natural range of motion of the major joints with therapeutic movements. We will find length in the muscles as we invite active stretch and release techniques, to help awaken and support opposing muscle groups. With isometric shapes and holds, we will increase our awareness of building the structure and strength that will support our practice for sustainability and longevity!
